Terms and Conditions

Orra Classroom is a digital learning management platform that helps schools manage teaching, learning, assignments, assessments, communication, and student progress.

Schools may use Orra Classroom to provide services to their students, teachers, parents, and administrators.

Orra Classroom may be used by:

• Schools and educational organizations;
• School administrators and staff;
• Teachers and other authorized educators;
• Students; and
• Parents or guardians where the school provides access.

Students who are under the legal age to provide consent must use Orra Classroom through their school, parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person, as applicable.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information;
• Keeping your login details confidential;
• Using your own account;
• Not allowing unauthorized people to access your account; and
• Informing the school or Orra Classroom if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not use another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.

Schools may create, manage, suspend, or remove accounts belonging to their users.

You agree to use Orra Classroom responsibly and only for legitimate educational or school-related purposes.

You must not:

• Break any applicable law;
• Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious code;
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform;
• Access information that you are not authorized to access;
• Impersonate another person;
• Upload content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Use the platform to harass or harm others;
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit Orra Classroom without permission; or
• Use automated systems to interfere with the platform.

Schools may also establish additional rules governing student and staff behavior on the platform.

Users may upload or create content such as:

• Assignments;
• Documents;
• Images;
• Videos;
• Comments;
• Questions;
• Lesson materials; and
• Other educational content.

You remain responsible for the content you upload.

You must have the necessary rights or permission to upload that content.

By uploading content, you give Orra Classroom permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the services.

We do not claim ownership of your educational content simply because you use Orra Classroom.

Schools may have additional rights to manage content created or submitted through their school accounts.

When Orra Classroom is provided through a school, the school may control and manage much of the information stored in the school's Orra Classroom account.

The school may decide:

• Which students and staff have accounts;
• What information is collected;
• Which features are available;
• Who can access particular information; and
• How long information should be retained.

Orra Classroom will process this information as necessary to provide the services to the school.

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, when we share it, and how we protect it.

By using Orra Classroom, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Orra Classroom may use third-party services to provide functions such as:

• Cloud hosting;
• Email and notifications;
• File storage;
• Authentication;
• Analytics;
• Payments; and
• Other technical services.

These providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality.

We will not sell personal information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

We aim to keep Orra Classroom available, secure, and reliable.

However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or completely free of errors.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;
• Software updates;
• Technical problems;
• Internet or infrastructure failures;
• Security incidents; or
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

We may improve, modify, add, or remove features from Orra Classroom from time to time.

If a significant change materially affects users, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

Where Orra Classroom is provided under a paid subscription, the applicable school or customer agrees to the pricing and payment terms presented during the purchase or subscription process.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of the service after reasonable notice.

Any applicable refund policy will be communicated separately.

Orra Classroom, including its software, design, branding, logos, features, and underlying technology, belongs to Orra Classroom or its licensors.

Except where permitted by law or with our permission, you may not:

• Copy the software;
• Modify or reverse engineer the platform;
• Sell or redistribute the platform;
• Remove proprietary notices; or
• Use Orra Classroom's branding without permission.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Orra Classroom, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the service without owing you compensation.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are seriously or repeatedly violated;
• The account is used for illegal or harmful activities;
• Required payments are not made;
• The school or customer ends its subscription; or
• Continuing to provide the service creates a significant security or legal risk.

Schools may also suspend or remove individual user accounts.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.

When a school account or individual account is terminated, data will be handled according to the applicable agreement, school instructions, our retention policies, and applicable law.

Schools may request export of relevant school data where provided under their service agreement.

After the applicable retention period, information may be securely deleted or anonymized.

Orra Classroom provides technology and tools to support education.

We do not guarantee particular academic results, student outcomes, grades, attendance, or learning performance.

Teachers and schools remain responsible for educational decisions and student support.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orra Classroom will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make important changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform, email, or other appropriate communication.

Your continued use of Orra Classroom after the effective date of the updated Terms means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, unless another jurisdiction is specified in a separate agreement with the school or customer.

Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution process under applicable law.
